VP Sales

Description:

Position: Vice President, Sales

Reports to: Sr. Vice President, Sales

Job Summary

The Vice President for Sales and/or Business Development is responsible for strategic sales in and planning for new business opportunities, sales growth and business retention, exceptional commitment to quality customer service and problem resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

            1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

            2. Five (5) years of work experience in sales and/or new business development at the Senior Manager level or above

            3. Ability to forecast sales and new business opportunities over a 1-2 year time span

            4. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

            5. Problem analysis and resolution both at the functional and strategic level

            6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills

            7. Self motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

            8. Ability to work from home some where in the Western half of the United States.

            9. Ability to travel as needed anywhere in the United States.

 

Preferred Qualifications

            1. Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

            2. Seven (7) or more years experience at the senior manager level or above

            3. Sales and/or new business development experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry

 

Primary Responsibilities

            1. Identify and close on new sales opportunities – Sell.

            2. Develop annual sales plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives for growth and progression

            3. Direct implementation and execution of sales policies, procedures and best practices

            4. Ensure communication is coordinated, lead and support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements

            5. Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis

            6. Develop, implement and improve service delivery processes in conjunction with all departments within the company

            7. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the company

            8. Work closely with the Client and Partner Relations department when responding to a Requests For Proposals to inform employees of market conditions, pricing concerns, and the current competition on the program

            9. Make presentations to various groups with the customer’s organization

            10. Attend trade shows along with different conferences both educational and customer oriented

 

Collateral Responsibilities

            1. Frequent travel may be required to existing and prospective client locations and/or meetings

            2. Work in cross functional teams as assigned or necessary

            3. Ability to work independently and use sound strategic business judgment

 

Base Salary:

Marketing Director

(St. Louis, MO)

Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading the development of marketing materials and strategies intended to provide a competitive advantage for the company’s client base.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

Ø      Conceives and develops of all marketing programs for clients/members with a strong emphasis on direct mail campaigns.

Ø      Presents all marketing programs and lessons at client events (i.e.Expos/Summits)

Ø      Assists all affinity members (clients) with marketing efforts and challenges

Ø      Assists Inside and Outside Sales teams with strategic, creative recruiting efforts.

Ø      Manages the Communications staff and team budget.

Ø      Oversees the Public Relations program and all Communications Team projects.

Ø      Responsible for overseeing all creative initiatives.

Ø      Leads efforts to generate additional profit centers involving marketing of strategic and creative services including advertising sales.

 

 

 

MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

 

Ø      Four year degree in Marketing, Communication or related field of study and/or 5+ years of experience with developing successful Direct Mail marketing campaigns.

Ø      Strong creative writing skills with the ability to effectively translate complex information into easy to read formats.

Ø      Excellent hands-on skills related to the use of MS Office and creative marketing software programs.

Director Client Relations

(Lakeland, FL)

Description:

Summary

The Director of Client Relations will serve as the companys program director for new program implementation, client expansion and penetration, and direction of the account management support services group. This position may provide sales and marketing support through strategic development of marketing materials, management of client educational seminars and responses to requests for proposals. This position may oversee the development and management of the business requirements utilized for data warehouse development.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Serve as project manager for new client implementations
2. Implement procedural changes resulting from client request and/or internal program enhancements
3. Direct the prioritization of all department technology needs to ensure client needs are met
4. Evaluate all internal and external units/entities providing services and/or products
5. Proactively identify service issues that may impact the quality and cost of service delivery, utilizing the appropriate chain of command
6. Provide training to Account Management staff on program changes and newly developed products and tools
7. Proactively identify and manage resolution of service delivery issues, both internal and external, utilizing the appropriate chain of command
Additional responsibilities, as appropriate for assignment, include:
1. Ensure the timely completion of all RFPs and other proposals to support sales activities, producing best-in-class output
2. Develop and implement industry educational sessions for clients and prospects via webinars and group summits
3. Provide direct oversight and management of Assistant Account Managers and Business Intelligence Team
4. Strategic development and delivery of client program analytics
5. Ensure client reports are delivered timely and accurately

VP Franchise Sales/Marketing

Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Organized and motivated professional supporting the company’s strategies by working collaboratively with the Franchise Sales and Marketing team. Interacts with existing businesses in the sale of franchises promoting the brands.  Mentors and supports the sales team ensuring that they successfully achieve sales budgets and goals.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

Ø      Full responsibility for all marketing activities related to Franchise Sales including website and direct mail activities.

Ø      Manages the Sales Team ensuring successful development of a pipeline that turns prospects into Franchise sales.

Operations Manager

(Las Vega, NV & Nashville, TN & Indianapolis, IN)

Description:

Operations Manager reports to the General Manager.

                         

·        Achieve the budgeted gross margin outlined in the Company Business Plan by supervising Technicians, Installation Technicians, Parts & Warehouse Coordinator.

 

·        Ensure lead opportunities are maximized and Comfort Club Membership Clients are retained. 

 

·        Keep close watch on labor cost versus revenue.

 

·        Equate equipment and parts usage to achieve budgeted gross margin percentage.

 

·        Meet with Technicians and Installers regularly, making sure that the Technicians and Installers are well educated about their specific contributions necessary to achieve the Company Business Plan. Provide effective, ongoing technical and communication training.

 

  • Ensure that all production personnel comply with OSHA safety standards and team members are safety conscious at all times.

 

  • Maintain a positive team spirit at all times. 

 

  • Supervise – Training of staff, checking to ensure associates are meeting expected operational excellence standards – including 100% customer satisfaction.

 

  • Motivate – Leading technicians and installers.

 

  • Administrate – Follows and understands the guidelines for reporting and paperwork.

 

  • Review invoices/paperwork submitted by field personnel daily to ensure all necessary   information is recorded neatly and accurately.

 

  • Continually recruits new Technicians and Installers.

 

  • Ensures training of all field personnel on company systems, tools, and procedures, utilizing in house training, ride alongs

 

  • Conducts ride alongs with service technicians and completes ride along forms.

 

  • Provides coaching and feedback to improve performance.

 

  • Ensures that all new installations are installed with the highest quality standards. Ensures that all permits are pulled and inspected as local code requires.

 

  • Protects the company’s assets. Monitors how the trucks, tools and inventory are handled.

 

  • Assists other team members as needed on the job site.
  • Personally runs service appointments and performs installations as needed to make sure that all client obligations are met.

 

  • Reviews paperwork and Coaches technicians daily to ensure all paperwork is filled out properly.

 

  • Monitors any backlogs to ensure that each working day is maximized.

 

  • Ensures jobs are dispatched one at a time to all Technicians, Installers, and Comfort Advisors.

General Counsel/VP

Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives of the Company. Manages the overall legal function by providing senior management with effective advice on company strategies and  implementation.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ø      Participates in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provides continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.

Ø      Directly involved in complex business transactions, including merger and acquisition negotiation and due diligence processes.

Ø      Reviews and negotiates critical business contracts.

Ø      Serves as key legal advisor on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

Ø      Judges the merits of major court cases filed against or on behalf of the company. Works with the appropriate executive(s) to define a strategic defense and approve settlements of disputes where warranted.

Ø      Assumes ultimate responsibility for ensuring the Company conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Ø      Structures and manages the company’s internal legal function and staff.

Ø      Advises on legal aspects of the Company’s financing including assessing and advising on current and future business structures and legal entities.

 

MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Ø      Must hold a JD and be a member of the bar.

Ø      Ten years experience as a practicing lawyer. Preferably initial work with a prominent national law firm before moving to an in-house position.

Ø      Broad experience in intellectual property law including patent law, licensing of IP rights, and IP due diligence.

Ø      Exposure to and/or familiarity with securities, antitrust, computer and privacy law.

Ø      Experience dealing with the SEC, working on matters of corporate governance and direct interaction with a Board of Directors.

Ø      Experience managing and supervising support staff in a corporation as well as experience with cost effective management of outside legal resources.

Ø      Familiarity and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley.

Ø      Experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions including contract negotiation and due diligence.

Ø      Experience with Federal and state franchising regulations including the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular requirements.
